Sale Policy & FAQ


Thank you for buying something during our sale! With a higher number of orders during a sale, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be dispatched. We’ll do everything we can to have things shipped ASAP, but it may take a little longer than usual.

Please note when placing an order during a sale, we will be unable to process any changes once an order has been finalised, so please make sure it’s 100% correct before ordering.


Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on any sale items. We can, however, offer a store credit. The store credit will be to the value of the product(s) purchased, and not include any shipping costs.

Shipping costs to return an order will be required to be paid for by the customer, and once received, the store credit will be processed.

All sale item returns must be requested by emailing heyyy@struthless.com . With increased orders, please allow up to 7 days for an email reply for any returns.

PLEASE NOTE:. All products must be returned following our regular returns conditions (unworn, unwashed, all tags still attached and in original packaging).


We unfortunately cannot offer any exchanges on returned sale items, due to high fluctuations in stock availability, and likelihood of a product/size becoming sold out. That includes for different sizes, or products. The return would result in a store credit, which can then be used to purchase another item in our store. We cannot offer sale prices outside of the sale period.

Unfortunately if you choose to return an item purchased during a flash sale, we are unable to offer the same discounted sale price if you are looking to exchange your item for a different size once the sale has finished.


Discount codes are not valid on already marked down items online and during flash sale periods.

🚚 When will my order arrive? 🚚

When we get your order we try really really hard to have it ready to be dispatched in 1 - 3 business days and the delivery time frame varies from state to state. See below for estimated delivery time frames.

Please be aware that when we launch a new product or have a sale this time frame can extend. At the moment our dispatch team consists of Felicity and two very unhelpful, ball addicted dogs but we promise to work as hard and fast as we can.

✈️ Do you deliver internationally ✈️

We ship anywhere our courier can go! If you don’t see your country listed in the drop down menu, email us and we will see if we can arrange delivery for your country. Flat rate $18AUD unless the country is a bit trickier to send to then there will be an extra fee. Please be aware that sometimes there are customs fees like import charges or VAT to pay. Because we can't predict these charges, our shipping fee is calculated from the raw cost of shipping the item with the post (and we absorb the packaging/handling/labour fees) and so any extra costs outside of shipping (e.g. customs) fall on the recipient. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

😷 *COVID and International Deliveries* 😷

International deliveries are still going but sometimes experience delays - typically the delivery time frame for international is 3-8 weeks. We've found that parcels going to the US and UK are taking about 3 weeks.

🚚 💨 Do you offer Express Shipping 🚚 💨

We have temporarily suspended Express Shipping as we are expecting a baby at the end of May and we cannot guarantee that we can dispatch express at this time.


The shipping time frame info for pre-order items will be in the product description. We send out emails with updates on the status of production. If you’ve ordered other items with the Pre-Order item we will ship it all together when the pre-order is available. Eg. if you order a pre-ordered Print, Shirt and bumbag it will all come in one bundle.

🐲 Can I get your work tattooed on me? 👹

Absolutely! Send pics when it’s done. If you’d also like to pay for the artwork, there’s an optional “tattoo ticket” on the Prints Page for $50 AUD. This helps support me and gives your tattoo good karma.

The world isn’t perfect - we would never send out something faulty on purpose and stuff can get damaged in the post. If you have an issue with your product please contact us. But also Matthew from legal made me include this boring bit below which is a very bureaucratic basic concept of our returns and exchange policy. It’s just not written funny.


We do not do refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged in the post. The refund will be processed once the product has been returned to us. We can also offer you store credit.


All product sizes are clearly stated in the product descriptions, please be sure to check the measurements before purchasing. If you purchased something and it does not fit correctly please email us at heyyy@struthless.com. We can exchange for you so long as the product is not damaged, washed or worn and returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. We can refuse the exchange if there is damage to the product. All exchange costs are to be paid for by the customer which can be paid for using this link. If the product does not get returned or lost in the mail we cannot issue the exchange. Your replacement will be posted once the product you wish to exchange has been returned.
